🟢 Offer Stacking 101 Discussion & Questions

1️⃣ I think a lot of people find me at step 2, the clarity stage. They know something is off, but can't quite name it. I probably use some advanced terminology in my selling sometimes that doesn't help. I need to remember to look from a beginner's mind. My people are trying to solve why they feel so stuck, and why their business just can't quite get momentum when they are trying so hard. 2️⃣ My free Skool community fits layer 1 and 3 in my offer ecosystem. New leads, but also growth and continuity. I could improve layer 2 with one clear defined problem. Still figuring that out as I move all my offers to Skool. I have two offers that compete. Both are $1K. One is storywork focused and one is business. Because of the different areas of focus, I think that reduces the competition. My gap is one clear path. Right now, I think people wonder if I do inner work or business strategy. The answer is both. But we shift the INSIDE first. That makes everything else easier. 3️⃣ My offer that fits my audience's current stage the best is my free Skool community, Activate Your Impact. The next logical step is a live experience with me. I like to run free or low-cost challenges each month. Last month we did The Self Leadership Map. This month, we are doing the Anchored Momentum Challenge. I've recently paused selling my signature offer, Outside the Story. I've launched and run it 8 times. I love it so much, but my audience right now is not ready for it. I'm also figuring out how to teach and share content here on Skool. I'm used to teaching on live calls. So while I'm figuring all of that out, it's on pause. @Mona Weathers I have a lower-cost offer that is evergreen (The Portal), so I'd like to create my community in a way that it naturally leads people sign up for that through community interaction and experiencing what my work is like in the free community. A nurture & selling system, essentially. Once I get them through that first doorway, moving them into my higher ticket offers just happens naturally. I've also added tiers in my free community (which is a new lower cost way to work with me.) I'm experimenting with different ways to invite to these, but could definitely get a more solid system in place. Right now, I'm offering paid mini offers every month that are included on the premium tier. My VIP tier is 4 private quarterly planning sessions. My community is new this year. But, so far, I have 5 premium members. Yay! And 4 VIP members (all were previous client who understand the value of private strategy sessions with me.)
