I have been working hard on letting go of control…. I’ve always been a people pleaser and had a father that was a perfectionist so I always looked for peoples approval and was always really tough on myself… I’m working on that, and God’s word is a big help. Who else is trying to let go of control?? In what ways are you able o do that? (PS my father is a very different person now and we have a wonderful relationship… but it was still programmed in me to expect the best of myself and everyone else… to a fault…)

Not where you're supposed to. Where you actually do. Mine is the car in the pickup line, radio off, talking out loud like nobody can see me. The laundry room counts. The shower counts.
