As a busy Lolly to my two precious Grands (ages 3 years and our newest is 6 months), I don’t have a lot of time for long, complicated workouts. I love these simple yet effective and empowering exercises! In a very short amount of time, I’m already feeling stronger and better able to pick up my Grands… the 3 year old is over 35 pounds. I’m excited about growing stronger as they keep growing and thankful for this wonderful community! Thank you, Cindy!!! You are a blessing helping so many of us.
