A new round of FDA warning letters were sent out March 31 and posted yesterday to the FDA website. These letters targeted multiple peptide sellers. Like earlier letters, these warnings identified examples of language that appeared to suggest human use instead of research. “…evidence obtained from your website establishes that your products are intended to be drugs for human use.” The warnings also identified links to websites and Skool pages as evidence of human use. Interesting to me, many of these letters referenced the selling of “Bacteriostatic water”. So now the FDA is using the selling of BAC to show that the compounds are intended for human consumption. It would be interesting if this is a new tactic being used to shut down the community. Additionally, the use of terms like “GLP1-S” or “GLP1-R” had no effect on deterring the warning.
