New year inspo!
Hello everyone! Happy New Year! Just thought I'd jump on and share what I've been working on to inspire you all like Physiology First has for me! I joined the team May last year, hoping to find something that will give me the confidence to step out of my comfort zone and do something more. I'm an Osteopath in Melbourne and for a while have wanted to do something more out of the clinic. Physiology First gave me the push that I needed to finally put my little project together and get out there and start providing more support, information and knowledge out in the community as I am constantly seeing patients who are struggling with the effects of stress both physically and mentally, and many don't have much of an understanding of how their body works at all! So I've finally started my little project called The Physiology Lab where I'll run workshops at Schools, work places, sporting clubs and communities to teach the basic physiology of the nervous system and stress response and give people practical tools they can use to train their body to adapt to stress! Feel free to check out my little insta page The Physiology Lab if you wish! Anyways I hope everyone is motivated to get out their and start putting these tools into practice! Thank you David again for your support! No idea where it will go but going to give it a good crack and hopefully it takes off! Bring on 2025!
G’day all!
Hello All! Kim here from Melbourne Australia!🐨 I am an Osteopath and work with all ages of patients from babies to elderly and everything in between. I’ve always wanted to help more out of the clinic and help educate as I absolutely see on a daily basis the accumulative stress on our bodies and the lack of body awareness. Getting out and doing workshops or sessions in the community and schools has always been on my mind and David you can thank Dr Chatterjee as that’s where I came across Physiology first! And when you introduced this course it was a sign that I had to finally start! I’m so excited to see where this takes me and very keen to get out there and start implementing programs to help more out of the clinic 🙌🏾
