Several times over the past few weeks I’ve applied and got approved for samples but when I check the steps on TT it says canceled. Anyone know why this happens?

For some reason when I click on a link in this group, add it to my showcase and then click free sample, there’s no place for me to select the product. (See pics) But if I request a sample on my own for any product that’s offering free samples (meaning not clicking on a link in this group) I can request samples. Anyone know why? Thanks in advance!
