I’ve passed the MOT course! Though it’s not the end of it yet. Next step is to perform a demonstration test for the DVSA, but I can’t do that until I’ve got my certificates through. So I’ll be practicing some mock tests in the mean time! Outside of work though, I’m hitting the training quite hard. Prepping for a 10k race across open moorland and working hard at the boxing for my second fight (which looks like it’ll be in November).

@Trace Martin Normal boxing, I’m not that flexible to get my legs up that high 😂 It’s only another charity fight, not even at amateur level, but it’s a good experience.
Daily Challenge #2
Something that I have noticed this week has been that in order to make a change you need to get uncomfortable. And doing something that is uncomfortable is risky because you probably won’t like it. But the beauty of taking risks is that it can open new doors for growth. My Dad used to always say, “Take Calculated Risks” It’s important not to be foolish and take stupid risks but you need to take new risks in order to make a change. Today I want to encourage everyone in here to do at least one thing that is either slightly risky or uncomfortable.

In todays daily challenge I want each of you to list one thing you like about yourself and one thing about yourself that you are currently working on. Building self confidence requires you to have ultimate self awareness so doing daily check ins are critical to your success. Bonus points if you add a recent picture from your camera roll.

Currently liking how my body is and physical fitness. Still working on it and have signed up to do a 10k trail run across Dartmoor. And I’ll be signing up to do another fight for later on in the year. Pic is from yesterday and me deciding that a constant uphill gradient for 3km was a brilliant idea to start a 10k

Weekly live calls
Guys let’s take a poll. If we were to do a weekly live call with special guests talking about building confidence and self belief, in your business, in your relationships, and in your dating life would you have any reason why you would t want to come? We will also have some different workshops that you can do on your own time within the community so that way we can visibly track your progress and consistently rate your confidence and self awareness levels. We will also be handing out prizes for the months biggest progress makers. Like t-shirts, 1 on 1 trips and travel experiences. I am also open to more suggestions for prizes and experiences to award our biggest winners aswell This is like learning the art of persuasion and self awareness. These strategies and methods will help you in all areas of a young man’s life 🤘🏼

Currently on a ‘maybe’, I tend to always keep myself busy and have a weekly routine. May need a bit more information on dates/times. Love the idea though 💕
