So my question is for Zach, I am new to sales currently in a Uk based small company we sell a software to businesses which helps them convert their visitors to bookings. But the problem is I cant get through a manager. The receptionist are all so rude they dont let me through. I even try to make follow up calls all the time. I did get through one manager but they said they already had a system which we were providing I found managers to be sweet and understanding and ready to have a conversation. The real problem are the receptionist I tried the hey how are you, hows your day going everything but they just ask me to drop an email to the manager or call later and when I do to ask regarding the email if they read it they are just like they aren’t. I know they never checked the email. It’s been a week of me working and I havent booked any appointments for my manager to close the deal it is really disappointing. I want to work on my ability to book a demo and get through a manager. Speaking to the manager for me isnt a problem the problem is receptionist dont let you through even if you send email and call regarding an email.
