New chapter. Small announcement.
I'm officially the Marketing & Content Intern at Nuvex Nova (An AI platform for US citizens). Here's how it happened. 1. I sent over my content portfolio. Not a resume. A portfolio. 2. The founder actually looked at it. 3. Within 3 days, I had a conversation with the CEO. Not a recruiter. The actual person running the thing. (This is the part that still doesn't feel real to me.) They liked what I'd built. Specifically the thinking behind it, not just the output. So here's what I'll actually be doing. Handling their content, end to end. The strategy behind it, not just the posting. Figuring out how they show up, what they say, and honestly, how AI can create real leverage for them without turning into noise. And if I do this right, the plan isn't just to run their content. It's to become the face of it. Now the part I'm genuinely stuck on. My title is technically "Content Strategist." But most of the time I talk about how AI actually creates leverage what to automate, what to leave alone, what still needs a human doing the thinking. So am I a Content Strategist? An AI Strategist? Something in between that doesn't have a name yet? Genuinely don't know. Might just make something up. (Kidding. Mostly.) P.S. If you've got a better name for my job title, I'm taking suggestions. And if this is the kind of thing you want to watch unfold, stick around, this is only the start.

Question for coaches with repeat 1:1 clients
How do you prep for a call with someone you haven't spoken to in a week or two? Do you go back and review notes or the recording beforehand? Wing it and let the client remind you? Something else entirely? Trying to understand how much people actually think about this vs. it just not being a thing.
Random question for the 1:1 coaches in here
After a call ends, what actually happens with the recording or transcript (if you even use one)? Like genuinely curious if it's: — a total non-issue, you barely think about it — something you deal with right away — something that piles up and you deal with "later" want to understand how people actually handle this after a session.
The more coaching businesses I look at, the less I believe AI is the first problem to solve.
The more coaching businesses I look at, the less I believe AI is the first problem to solve. I keep seeing the same pattern. A coach feels overwhelmed. They assume they need another AI tool. But when you map how work actually flows through their business… The bottleneck is rarely AI. It’s proposals waiting to be sent It’s inconsistent onboarding. It’s answering the same questions every week. AI isn’t fixing those problems. It’s just working around them. The conversation is shifting from: “Which AI tool should I buy?” to “Where is my business actually slowing down?” The first leads to more software. The second leads to better decisions.
i was recording a podcast with a friend.
we were talking about business, life, and a bunch of random things. then he said something that stuck with me. “surround yourself with people who want more for you, not more from you.” i’ve been thinking about that ever since. the right people don’t just celebrate your wins. they quietly make you believe you’re capable of even bigger ones.

I show founders exactly where AI creates leverage, and where it’s just noise. DM me “Compass” if you want my help to build and scale your business
