Abs
Question... If you have some belly fat and your bulking, do you just kill abs extra to build more muscle till it takes over the fat or change diet till the fat goes down to break it down better?

With abs you want to be working them consistently even if youโ€™re bulking. I try to hit them at least twice a week or a small variation everyday. Youโ€™ll build the strength in your abs but wonโ€™t see as much definition until you start cutting.

Focus on working on the entire belt though. So lower back, obliques, and your core.
