The final eclipse of this season arrives on Friday 28th August — and this week feels like a crossing from recognising who we are into actually changing our lives to match. As the Sun and Mercury move into practical Virgo and both connect with Chiron, we're invited to make kind, useful adjustments: what would work better for the person you're becoming? Mercury becomes the man of the match, building towards a powerful cazimi before both Mercury and the Sun square unpredictable Uranus around the partial lunar eclipse. We may begin the week carefully refining the plan, only to discover that new information requires something much bigger from us by Friday. This is a week of identity, realignment and change — slowly and thoughtfully at first, and then perhaps all at once.

Don't worry — I'm not disappearing, and neither is the 'Feel Good' approach to astrology. In fact, this is something I've been quietly working towards for a long time. I'm creating a much easier way for us to learn astrology by actually using it — five minutes at a time. Our first week is MERCURY — and rather than simply learning about Mercury, we're going to follow what's actually happening in the sky and use it to investigate our own charts, minds and lives. It's so funny, because this week we've been talking about 'endings' and the void we go into when something naturally begins to fade and life calls us in a new direction. Saturday's Sun opposite North Node is really calling us all into this energy - What endings are coming up for you right now? Saturday 22nd August brings the Sun into opposition with the North Node — and into conjunction with the South Node — illuminating the roles, identities and ways of being that we already know like the back of our hand. There's comfort in being the person we've already learned how to be, but sometimes that very ease is the clue that we're ready for a new challenge, even if the next version of ourselves requires skills we haven't developed yet. With the Sagittarius Moon making beautiful aspects to Mercury, the Sun and North Node, Saturday encourages curiosity rather than fear: what else is possible, and who else might you become? As the Moon moves into practical Capricorn and trines Chiron, we're reminded that becoming someone new doesn't have to happen overnight — it can begin with grounded, tangible actions that support where we're heading. The past may feel easier simply because we've already mastered it; perhaps this weekend is about becoming willing to be a beginner again.

We're heading into 12th House week, with two sessions tomorrow at the usual times and another two on Thursday. I can't wait to see you and catch up — it feels like AGES since we were in class together! And rather beautifully, as we arrive at the 12th House — the place of endings, release, transition and the space before a new beginning — we're actually living it here too. One of the things I love about teaching the houses this way is that we don't just learn them. We begin to notice how we're moving through them in our own lives. And this week, our community is having a little 12th House moment of its own. Because I have a second piece of news. Starting next week, I'm adding something new here. It's actually a project that's been sitting on the back burner for more years than I care to remember. So much so that I already have the urls for them for 3_ years! It's come into view and faded away again several times, but over the last few days I suddenly realised that I finally have everything in place to move forwards with it. I'm not revealing the name just yet because I'm getting the new style and everything else ready, but I wanted you to know first that I'll shortly be renaming this Skool community from Feel Good Astrology to something new. I also want to reassure you that Feel Good Astrology isn't disappearing — and neither is what we already do here. My forecasts will continue. Our classes and deeper teaching will continue. And everything I teach will remain very much rooted in my Feel Good Astrology principles. What's changing is that I'm adding another layer of learning and teaching, and I want the name of our Skool community to reflect that more clearly. I'm so passionate about teaching astrology. I want more people to realise that astrology is something they can learn — without it feeling enormous, complicated or like they need years of study before they can begin to understand their own chart. So rather than changing what we do, I'm creating a much clearer doorway into it.
