Social media addiction
I'm seriously fed up with my social media doomscrolling addiction. It's draining my energy, wasting my time, and pulling me away from what really matters. This year is crucial—my board exams are coming up, and I can’t afford to let this habit control me any longer. I have to take back control. I need help—no more excuses, no more distractions. It’s need to reset, refocus, and rise above this. how could i leave this addiction in 15 days. Just 15 days because i have 15 days left for my summer vacations. Can anyone guide me ??
