Need advice/opinion - Test.cyp 300mg or 400mg per week!!!!!!!
Planning my next Test Cyp blast and debating between: * 300mg/week (100mg Mon/Wed/Fri)• *400mg/week (133mg Mon/Wed/Fri) Goal is maximizing muscle growth while keeping side effects and health markers reasonable. I pin 3x per week to keep levels stable. . For those who have run both: How much better were the gains at 400mg? Were the extra results worth it? How much did side effects increase? Which would you choose and why? Thank you God bless!

@Trey Wilson I should also say...smart input with the front load, i will consider that actually! So first week would be 400mg then 2nd week I would dial back to 300mg and so on? My real problem is not the lifts at the gym but more about food in the kitchen. I will have to dial.into food, electrolytes and plenty lf rest. Thanks again for the input , very helpful.

@Trey Wilson That's a good point and honestly it makes me wonder if I cut things short. I only ran 240 mg/week for 9 weeks and then tapered back down to my TRT dose of 100 mg/week. I definitely noticed strength increases, but I didn't end up gaining as much tissue as I expected. For someone running a moderate blast like 300 mg/week. - What would you consider an ideal blast length assuming bloodwork, hematocrit, BP, lipids, etc. are all staying in a good range? - Do you find most of the real growth starts showing up after that first month of stabilization and that 9 weeks just isn't enough time to fully capitalize on it?

Question abou peptides
I recently purchased 2 peptides. IGF1 LR3 1mg and sermorelin 10mg . I reconstituted them in BP water and kept them refrigerated. I was going to run them but a few work related issues came up so I was not able to run them and have now passed the 30 day mark. Both vial solutions appear clear, no cloudiness, no particles, no yellowing . Contamination risk appears 0 to none. Question is: Can I still use them after 30 day mark has passed? Has the potency for both vials degraded? The fridge has been consistent at a temperature. My course of use would be: 6 IU sermorelin → before bed, fasted 4 IU IGF-1 LR3 → morning, food optional Any feedback on this situation? Has anyone similarly experienced this , where you ran the vials even though they were past 30 days? I understand the risks associated if vials were contaminated but its more about potency than contimnaniation.
