Based on our last meeting I'm gonna give u guys some tips to Feel Better When You’re Stressed : 1. Take a Deep Breath , Breathe in… breathe out.. Do this slowly.. It helps you feel calm. 2- Walk for a few minutes.. It helps your body and mind feel better. 3- Listen to Music Or songs you like.. Music can make you happy or relaxed. 4- Talk to Someone : Tell a friend or someone you love how you feel.. Talking really helps. 5- Write Your Feelings : Get a paper or your phone & wtite down what you feel. It helps alot .. 6- Drink Water : Drink some water. Eat a small snack.. Your body needs energy to feel good. 7- Take a Short Break : Stop what you’re doing & Rest for 5 or 10 minutes. Then go back to ur work. 8 - Be Nice to Yourself : Don’t say bad things to yourself.. Say : “I’m trying, and that’s okay.”
