Hey everyone — quick question for the room. 👋 I'm friends with Dolf de Roos, and we've been mapping out something we might do together for this community. Before we go further, I'm genuinely curious how many of you know him or his work. For context: Dolf's been on Tony Robbins' stage for ~20 years, was the original Rich Dad's Advisor on real estate for the Rich Dad Poor Dad series, has written 18 books on real estate, and shared the stage with the likes of Jim Rohn and Brian Tracy. https://www.dolfderoos.com/home-page-a Drop a comment — do you know Dolf? Read any of his books? Would you be interested if he joined us for something down the road? Just taking the temperature. 🙏

I frequently attend meetings where new members of our community are challenged with reaching out to brokers for the dreaded "call the broker" proposition. I get it. Let's get you past that hump and on to generational change! That's it... just that one thing. Each second Thursday from 9 - 11 a.m. CT I host a "First Call to the Broker" call where we will share fundamentals about your challenges and make the calls with you! If you are that person, have a friend, partner or know someone who is terrified of the idea of making that call - make certain they join us to find a way past that wall!! You are welcome to bring a prospective project, and I will make that call with and/or for you! LET"S GOOOOOOO!! Our next call will be October 8th - 9:00 a.m. Central Welcome! You are invited to join a meeting: First Call to the Broker - Broker Calling with Kevin. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email about joining the meeting.
