.docx and .pdf files
I have been trying to create a couple of refined document files that were originally in Microsoft Word and I wanted to edit them and finally create PDFs from them. I have spent multiple five-hour work sessions trying to do this with endless edits. Is this normal and is there a better way I should be approaching this? Or maybe a skill that I should be using?

Thanks, yea i think you're right. It was stuck in a loop for a lot of it. I did get it done but it was a lot of tokens! I was trying to keep an existing format that was tricky so I think that's why I didn't want to start over from scratch on a md file.

@Shahbaz Hussain Well i have to admit this was a specialized doc with very specific needs. It was frustrating in that the amount of passings it took to get it right. I think looking back I should have let it start over and just gave it the original file as the "make it look like this". But i refined little things each time as well. Also my end result was the PDF but I was going under the assumption that editing the PDF was a bad idea, and I should be editing the Microsoft Word file, then converting it each time to a .PDF. Is that accurate?
Making a logo/branding kit
What's the best site or tool to create a brand with usable logo templates for all different types of media? I thought this would be easier now, but I'm ready to give it to someone on Fiverr after wasting a lot of time and tokens today!

@Bobby Ashhurst Thanks Recraft looks great, as long as it can create the transparent logo files, etc.

@Donita Delaney well i had it create a plan, but it went in a different direction. I don't know enough about design and graphics. What I did get though, using Claude+Nano Banana, was some really cool neon logos. But they're all on a black background and neither myself nor Claude stopped to say that it wouldn't work in the end.

I'm a co-founder of Glaido, building it with Jack Roberts, Dave Ebbelaar, and Jannis Moore. It's a voice tool built around two things: speed and privacy. Fastest on the market, completely private. It used to be Mac only. It's now on Windows too, so all of you can use it. You get 40% off your first 3 months ($20/mo → $12/mo) with this code: D5J6BIF8K4P Next 30 days only 👉 https://get.glaido.com/nate I switched from Wispr Flow a few months ago and it just felt better. If you're on Wispr, try Glaido free, use the code, and tell me if you feel the difference. If you want to switch back after, no hard feelings. Good to know - Mac + Windows - Snippets: insert any text instantly with one word - Dictionary: save your own words, import straight from Wispr Flow - Agentic Mode: manipulate any text on your screen with your voice - Webhooks coming to Agentic Mode soon (huge) - We action feedback almost immediately Give it a shot and drop your thoughts in the community.

I started using Wispr Flow about two weeks ago and I love it. I'm sure I haven't used it nearly to its full potential , but has anyone used both and can provide some honest feedback? By the way, is there a video going over some of the main functions?
How to structure folder, brain, etc...
Hey! I've been spending too much time in reorganizing my folders, architecture, etc cause I have 3 different businesses (different context) but I want an orchestrator agent that access all my brain and everything without losing context. And if I switch from VS Code to Claude Desktop then it never get it. I do have good CLAUDE.md with hot and log etc but working on complete different projects make it hard. I beleive the AIOS repo and course will help me with that?

I had the same questions today about my AI OS — just built mine and wanted to get the folder structure right from the start. The big thing I was confused about: which folder should I actually be working out of, and will my OS context carry over when I'm in a different project folder? Here's what I figured out (with Claude's help): **The brain and the projects are separate on purpose.** You don't work inside your OS/brain folder — you work inside the project folder, and that project's `CLAUDE.md` tells Claude which brain files to pull in. So the context follows you without you having to manually switch or re-explain anything. I set it up so each project has a `CLAUDE.md` that says something like "load these files from my brain folder before we start." Claude reads that at the start of every session and loads the right context automatically. Before this, there was no memory sharing between projects at all. This at least gives Claude a consistent foundation to work from across everything. Still figuring out if it does exactly what I want — curious if anyone else has this wired up and what's actually working for them. --------------- ## The Core Idea If you're running multiple businesses or projects with Claude, the problem usually isn't your folder structure — it's **wiring**. Claude ends up reading everything to figure out what's relevant. The fix is a routing layer so it reads *only what matters for the current task*. --- ## The Structure ``` AI Projects\ │ ├── My Brain\ ← Central knowledge base (read-only reference) │ ├── context\about-business.md │ ├── references\voice.md │ ├── decisions\log.md │ └── wiki\index.md │ ├── Project A\ │ └── CLAUDE.md │ ├── Project B\ │ └── CLAUDE.md │ └── Project C\ └── CLAUDE.md ``` --- ## How It Works **Each project's `CLAUDE.md` does two things:** 1. Describes the project itself (what it is, stack, rules) 2. Tells Claude *which brain files to load* for this project
🚀New Video: Claude Mythos is Finally Here.
Anthropic just dropped Claude Fable-5, a Mythos-class model that sits above Opus and is available to everyone right now, plus Claude Mythos Five for Project Glasswing partners only. I break down what the two models actually are, the pricing, why Fable-5 is only free on your plan until June 22nd, and the benchmark jumps in coding, knowledge work, and vision. I also revisit my earlier Mythos prediction and what I'm most excited to put Fable-5 to work on.

It's a huge jump in performance, and the timing of being free right now is pretty awesome being in the beginning stages of learning all about this stuff.
