Bio: Thrilled to be doing this 21 day kick start with y’all! I’m 4 months in on Keto. I’m 51, mother of twin 25 year olds. I live in UT but grew up in CO.

Bio: I am 69 years old, a mom to 3 adult sons and 7 grandkids. I’ve been keto for 5 years and lost 50+lbs. I hope to help others reach their health goals.
