The best way to keep balance is to keep Christ at the center. If you keep anything else at your center you will be emotionally dependent on that thing. Let all that you do flow out from Christ and you will find true balance.

Finding balance in the gym
Lately I haven’t been in the gym too much because I’ve been caught up with my business, but I reflected back to the balanced life style message and came to realize that if I’m not balanced I’m not winning. Started lifting more recently and I’m very happy about it. 💪
