They offer an Open section and U1800 Section depending on what your rating is or what you feel like playing. If you have a Lichess account with an active Classical rating check them out!

Openings for black
Anyone have any suggestions what are the best openings to play against e4 and d4???

The French can also work. I personally believe in the Caro-Kann more as the bishops play a lot easier in most games where as in the French you get what is called the "French Bishop" or the one stuck behind the pawn chain. Either option can arm you well over the board but you must learn it and stick with it! https://courses.chessgoals.com/courses/french
