We’ve made some great hires, but I keep noticing a pattern: many applicants haven’t stayed at a job for more than a year. (re: their work history) Is this just a generational trend, or are expectations simply misaligned? And here’s the real question: Have you ever hired someone with a history of short stints (less than a year each) who ended up thriving long-term on your team?
