I still cannot imagine that this day actually came..... 9 months ago, the year started, everything was sooo far, the vibes were good, I had a ton of fun with my friends... And all of that went in seconds now... I feel that 9 months was just a day or two, events went so fast, speed everywhere, I still remember The first day of high school, I didn't expect that day would come quickly... We took an amazing photo with all the high school students, out in the street, and I can't stop looking at it, seeing a vibe that I will miss a lot... Emotions these days are going crazy for me, and as an entrepreneur, I need to overcome that... AND TIME IS THE ONLY WAY TO OVERCOME IT Let's see what time will give us then.....

I slept for 10 hours today exhausted from the work day yesterday. I went to school, then the gym, ate, and now I’m doing sauna + cold plunge for recovery. Love Kove Studio in NYC, this is where I hang out 1 time a week on my rest day so to speak. I highly recommend you recover hard, do everything you can to feel and operate at your best. Remember the business operates as well as you do. Take care of your mental health by journaling and talking with people, your physical health by going to the gym and playing sports, and your spiritual health by praying and being grateful for this beautiful life we’ve all been given.
