By becoming a member of the American Consumer Council (ACC), you can satisfy the membership requirement for a large number of participating credit unions. This is especially useful for international founders, ITIN holders, and anyone looking to build a stronger U.S. banking relationship. Here's how to do it: • Visit americanconsumercouncil.org • Choose an Individual Membership • At checkout, enter the promo code CONSUMER (or SERVICE, if available) to waive the membership fee • Once your membership is approved, download and save your ACC membership certificate That certificate can be used when opening accounts with many participating credit unions.
