Anyone have tips for workouts with arthritis in wrists and hands? It is severe arthritis and to the point where I have very little cartilage left and cannot bendy wrists backwards farther than about 70° cant get them flat for pushups..
I use ankle straps on cable machine for all bicep and tricep workouts and some chest. Cable machine is your friend for isolated exercises. Wessley Vissers Youtube He has many many videos eliminating joints and isolating muscles. Ditch the pushups if the pushup handles do not work.. that is aggressive on the wrists.
