Hi I’m Kerryn, thank you Fiona for your invitation to join this group. My partner and I have been trying to conceive naturally for about 6+ years after a miscarriage almost 7 years ago. I am physically fit and healthy and have had only 1 minor cervical procedure in my life. The Gynaecologists told me I had a 1% chance of conceiving at my age. I tried a 6mth course of Letrozole (which obviously didn’t work) and was then told the only other option I had available at my age was IVF with donor eggs. I chose not to go down this path. That was last October. To date I am under the care and guidance of my naturopath as well as following alternative fertility programs for more mental and emotional support as well as online fertility yoga and meditation.
