Welcome to the weekly Break the Cycle Community Circle This community was created for those who recognise there is more to our reality then what meets the eyes. A deep knowing there is more to life then what’s on the surface of moving through healing, growth, repatterning and identity shifts - those who are seeking a space to connect with like-minded others on a similar journey. Authenticity is not defined by the path of least resistance. It can feel isolating when you’re questioning old beliefs, releasing familiar patterns, learning to trust yourself, or navigating a new way of being. The intention of this space is to provide connection, support, reflection and practical tools as you move through your own evolution. Our community events run through a simple 4-week rotation, allowing you to engage in different ways depending on what you’re needing at the time. 🌱 Week 1: Connect & Reflect A community circle to celebrate wins, share breakthroughs, explore challenges and connect with others in a supportive environment. 🌱 Week 2: Understand the Patterns Mini discussions exploring topics such as self-sacrifice, survival responses, abandonment, nervous system regulation, self-worth, trust, authority, identity and conscious creation. 🌱 Week 3: Meditation & Somatic Release Guided meditations, breathwork, movement, stretching and embodied practices to support integration and regulation. 🌱 Week 4: Inner Guidance Tarot, channeled writing, intuition development, reflection prompts and community sharing.
