During this online workshop he will guide you step by step on how to connect with your breath, your self, and then a dance partner. James has been leading kizomba connection workshops for 4 years until he became a full time coach. Now, he is bridging the gap between the dance world and the healing arts and all are welcome. No prior dance experience at all required. You will be following and leading movement in a very safe space in the comfort of your own home with people who are brand new to the healing journey and people who have been therapists and dancers for decades.
