Don’t make LinkedIn into Facebook
Saw several posts of the last couple of weeks on LinkedIn that were the inflammatory kind that Facebook and Twitter dominated with I think this is the quickest way to have open for work around your profile at the moment

@Ella Zhang In a BDR position you can be out of sight out of mind in a way. Pushing forward to be seen and heard (networking) is hard as these are entry level jobs into sales and thus you are young and have no experience on how to move up. You have to have some success in the job but you really have to start connecting with the level above you. They have to know you.
