Sunday morning, a time to reflect on the week… and boy what a week it was! For me it’s a time to sit quietly, listening to the birds chirping outside and feeling that crisp nip in the air. My cat demanding I feed him right this second or he might just starve…. does anyone else’s cat become more dramatic around feeding time?? I’m in the planning stages of a new routine to help us through the winter months. Warm blankets and good hearty food are essentials 😊 Maybe a weekly sound bath?? Later we are going to the mind, body and spirit fair to connect with some beautiful people offering some amazing treatments, crystals, witchy bits and some great talks too. So… on this Sunday morning, take time to breathe deep, slow down and have a blessed day 🌙
