Hi everyone, I’m Kenneth, based in Berkshire in the UK. My background is in IT and project management, and over the past few years I’ve been focused on helping businesses run more efficiently by improving their systems, communication, and workflows. I run a service business where we support companies with customer communications, operations, and automation, so I’m always looking for smarter ways to connect processes together. I’ve joined this circle mainly to deepen my understanding of automation with n8n and to learn from others who are building interesting workflows. My aim is to explore how automation can genuinely improve how businesses operate, not just technically, but commercially as well. I’m particularly interested in how automation can help businesses capture opportunities, respond to customers faster, and streamline the kind of everyday processes that usually eat up time.
