Come on ladies!

I read the amplified Bible version and it says that the Holy Spirit is our standby(along with comforter, advocate, intercessor, counselor and strengthener). I looked up what standby means and it refers to a state of readiness where a person or object or system is held in reserved to be used immediately in an emergency as a substitute or a future opportunity. I feel like that’s just another blessing within itself. imagine having a Holy Spirit where you have to wait a while for him to come and respond. We have the luxury of being able to call on Him and He comes to our service immediately. we’re spoiled as children of God! Lol
