I met Beth in 2022 at a Tensegrity Medicine retreat, and she has since become a dear friend and sister. Her yoga and somatic teaching is grounded, spacious, compassionate, and deeply supportive. Through her gentle wisdom and guidance, I feel more connected, integrated, and at ease in my body. There are layers of magic in the way Beth holds space. Beth is truly one of those special humans whose presence becomes part of the medicine.
