My name is Kendall Bonner and I live in St. Pete Florida (Tampa Bay area)! I think what I love most about this industry is watching lives change. I have been blessed to get a birds eye view of many lives changed through real estate (both on the consumer side and the agent side) and I have learned to build a business around that very awesome moment in someone else's life. It brings me joy to be a part of that moment with someone. If you are here, I want you to be a part of that moment as well. and yes, I read the book (a few times actually! lol) here's the story behind my GIF... I really enjoyed GOT! Not for the craziness of it all, but for the strategy, the chess that was being played, the lessons learned. I was IN IT! lol (that other photo - that's not AI! I actually dressed up for Halloween! The mother of dragons Circa 2018) If you don't know me personally yet, you'll learn I love to laugh, I'm a little corny (happy to laugh at myself) and when it comes to business, I'm a strategic thinker! @Jongabriel Bonilla remember - focus doesn’t mean exclusive or exclusion! It just gives you direction so you can make progress my friend. Pick 1 or 2 to get started, you can always expand over time. Also no such thing as quick closings! 😂
