🧥 IT'S OUT: THE FUR COAT, my short film, is now online in full.
A 65-year-old woman stands at her husband's wake with dry eyes, and then starts telling her children how he asked her to marry him. The story goes back to 1965: a girl who had never owned one new thing in her life, a promise she made because she was certain it could never be kept, and a man who found a way to keep it. 10 minutes, set between 1965 and 1968, shot in two grades: a pushed documentary-realist 35mm look for the past, and a much darker, candle-lit grade for the present-day wake. Watch it here 👇 and tell me what you think about the pacing, the grade and the ending. Honest notes welcome, that is what I'm here for. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qTk7etB6DuY

Really impressive work here, I am truly amazed - and I am not easily amazed! 😍
AI Animation Just Got Easier with this Simple Trick
Here is a simple 3 step workflow to fix AI character inconsistency so your shots look the same across a full story. • Create a clean front, side, and rear character sheet • Generate a stable scene frame with no style drift • Turn that frame into video with predictable results This removes wasted time, random outputs, and broken scenes. Share your progress in Work In Progress.

Wouldn't it be easier to combine the 3 views of the character into a single image to simplify the process since you have to repost it every time?
Can’t Believe Professional Animation Is This Fast Now!
I just released a new video showing the evolution of animation from 2 months for 2 seconds… to AI animations done in 2 days and even 30 minutes. If you’ve struggled with drift, weird morphing, stiff motion, or feeling “not good enough” to animate, you have to watch this. This changes everything for hobbyists and creators who want to finally finish their stories. - See how Garry Pye created a 22-shot trailer in 2 days that looks hand-animated. - Watch the 17-character lip sync sequence made in 30 minutes (yes, minutes). - Understand why AI animation looked broken before… and the new system that fixes it. - Discover why drawing and rigging no longer matter if you follow the right workflow. - Learn why this is the first time hobbyists can actually finish a full episode without burnout.

I am excited about this, and I am assuming Garry builds his "key scenes" in CTA, and then animates them with AI. This way he gets the looks he wants and still gets some control over general scene composition.
