Mistakes don’t define me. My bounce-backs do. 💥🖕🔥
Let’s be honest—everyone f*cks up. Hell, some of us do it spectacularly. But here’s the thing: your screw-ups are just the opening act. The real show? It’s how you get back up when the world’s still watching, when your pride is bruised, and when your soul feels like it’s been run through a blender. You’re not your worst day. You’re the war story you tell after you’ve fallen, scraped your knees, and kept walking like a badass. Every scar, every screw-up, every “oh crap” moment is proof you’re still in the ring. And that’s what counts. So, stop letting your mistakes be the headline. Make your comeback the damn headline. That’s where your power lives. Need a daily reminder that your bounce-back is legendary? You’re exactly where you need to be. For more real talk and motivation, hit up my blog: progressisprogress.subs… Fall hard. Get up harder. Own it. 🚀🦅🔥

@Belinda Morey Several years ago, I was reading a book regarding how life can parallel a movie production (Your Life As a Movie) The authors take or perception or view was of mistakes was that of a miss-take when making a movie. When a line is missed, etc., everything stops and the scene is re-done. It's called a missed take, however, it's sounds like mistake. So, I kind of view mistakes as a miss-take an opportunity for a redo! Be defined by the bounce back!

Quitting stimulants like MDMA, cocaine, crack, or meth is one of the toughest battles you’ll ever face. The crash, the paranoia, the cravings—it’s brutal, confusing, and downright exhausting. But here’s the truth: what you’re feeling is real, it’s your brain healing, and it will pass. If you’re starting this journey or supporting someone who is, know you’re not alone. There’s a way through the storm, and you’re stronger than you think. Ready to learn what to expect and how to survive the hardest days? Let’s get real about stimulant withdrawal. https://open.substack.com/pub/progressisprogress/p/stimulant-hell?r=5xcddw&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true

Break cycles of conflict/disconnection to build calmer, more loving communication with your partner, even if the partner isn’t “doing the work” yet.
