Hey team, I'm not sure exactly what happened today but it seems that ChatGPT is aggressively using up tokens and having to reset your token usage or purchased more tokens. If this is happening to you, to try to figure out what's going on inside your ChatGPT (if you've created agents that are eating up a lot of tokens), you can run this prompt. "Audit my Codex token use for the past 30 days. Include every task and agent you can access, including subagents. Show the highest token users first, with input, cached input, output, and total tokens where those figures are available. Identify the tasks, repeated steps, or large inputs driving usage. Then give me five specific ways to use fewer tokens in my usual workflow. For each, explain the likely tradeoff and give me a short prompt or setting change I can use. Do this as a read-only audit and do not create subagents for the audit. Clearly distinguish measured usage from estimates. If you cannot access a complete account-wide or per-agent report, say what is missing and show the most useful breakdown you can verify." I hope everybody's having a great Monday.

Hey everybody, I just want to talk about Jev for a moment. It's a new decision model that's out and it changes a lot of things. I don't think it's for the average user yet but if you want to read on it or understand a little bit, it's probably a good idea. It comes from one of the co-creators of ChatGPT. Hey team, I'm working on a few other courses (email outreach agency and a couple of others), along with N8N deployments, which I don't think we'll need long term but some people still might like that. I have a lot of that detail done already. My question to the community is: is there a specific thing that you're looking to try to accomplish with AI that you would like me to vet out and write a course for? Literally there are no bad ideas here. I'm working on a few projects that I don't have AI tutorials for at the moment but I'm going to run out here quickly. I'd love to know what projects you would like done by AI.

Hey folks, ChatGPT came out with Astra today. It does a lot of really cool stuff. If you're used to using a specific application on your computer, like Excel or even something higher-end, you no longer have to do that work. You can just ask ChatGPT Astra to log into that software and do it for you. It can even log into your QuickBooks and manage all of your files and all those things with a little bit of training.
