I honoured my late father's legacy this morning by pushing myself further in my workout. Never finished. Never will be. 💪😞

My dad passed away this morning. For those of you who had read my previous post about him about six months ago, you would know that he was my burn for trying to be a better person. He suffered for a long time with so many different illnesses. He left behind a legacy. One that I will honour for the rest of my life and will pass on to my sons. I will not give up. I can't give up. Have your rest now, dad. You deserve it. 😞❤️
