I have been feeling drained and overwhelmed. My 5 year old son has been acting out. He gets upset, shuts down, starts yelling, trying to hit and says mean things. I am struggling to stay strong during it. My kids dad and I have been divorced for almost 2 years but it’s like he’s finally processing it. And he is having lots of feelings. My partner of over a year and a half has been out of a job for 3 months. He was just given a job offer but he questions everything. He tends to lean towards the negative side of things. Constantly overthinking it. I’m finding it hard to stay empathetic. I feel like I have to be the rock for everyone. I just need some support. Thank you ❤️
