I followed Dan for a long time on Instagram until it was time for me to join the Abundance Community.

Been dealing w/non vaxxed Long Covid since Fall of 2021. My entire body was severely impaired, most especially my breathing. I tried many things to get back to “normal”. I can genuinely say that consistent participation in Dan’s breath work has turned my life around! My flare’s have decreased tremendously, I have been able, with pacing, pick up exercise again & my life is far different now!!!
