Happy Monday everyone! A new video has been added to the bonus videos section. It it a first person POV of the Tai Chi 24 form done by Dr. Hoover. Check it out, it is a must watch!

How cute is this video?!

Doing QiGong on a trail to Hidden Lake at National Glacier Park while also crossing the continent to Canada. It’s extraordinary to be able to do separating Heaven and Earth beneath the Big Sky of Montana surrounded by the crowns of the continent.

Dr. Hoover led Tai Chi in this park for years, and this weekend he was back, moving through the form in the same space where so many people came to practice with him. Thank you to everyone who came out on Sunday!

One of the best parts of teaching is these unplanned moments — Last weekend Dr. Hoover got to reconnect with students Jim and Patti at the park (still dressed for his jiu-jitsu tournament later that day!) for some Qigong and Tai Chi together! @Jim Dohn
