My habit is putting myself in a challenging position to help me grow more. I went and hiked over 860 miles on The Appalachian Trail, by myself totally out of my comfort zone. In the process to learn how to do public speaking and YouTube Video's. Out of my comfort zone helps me grow and I realize there isn't anything I can't do!!
