Reminder to everyone!
On Sunday for our group call we are going to be doing some ACTUAL "MINDSHIT TO MINDSHIFTING" SO make sure you have a private space if possible. With no distractions and you can close you eyes and be safe. So no driving etc. on the call. Super excited to see you all there!!!

Ozempic is literally killing women! It's causing osteoporosis and osteopenia! It's causing depression and suicidal ideation! We now know that your cravings for everything are less and none, not just carbs! If your using it please please get off before these things happen to you.

I tried it for about 7 months, lost nothing had the GI problems and have been off it since June and I personally would not recommend it to anyone

@Cindy Legare it’s just so bad, I know an older lady who has been on it for over. A year and yes she is diabetic but now she can barely walk, she broke her foot and her shoulder where she used to be able to walk all over, she has just wasted away and she is 83 years old nd I really cannot see why they would have put her on that

@Cindy Legare I feel great not eating beforehand but I was wondering if it was detrimental at all. I tried to get into the zoom call but I couldn’t get in but my internet has been crazy unreliable for the last few days maybe that’s why so thanks for answering the question :)

I’m finding habits are as hard to make as they are to break right now.. I’m trying though to be positive and trying to use the power of my mind to do it, if that makes any sense

@Cindy Legare I think I would break the habit of eating when I’m bored. Food has always been a comfort for me and I guess I need to find something else comforting, what that is I guess I need to find out!
