Fitness goal this week. To run my couch to 5k as many days as the weather will allow, nutrition to get back to my nondairy eating habits, self care to meditate twice this week.

I am grateful to have another Thanksgiving with my mom. This week my goal it to get a walk in and to meditate tomorrow before the chaos.

I put on my Christmas music and dis my first day of couch to 5k. It is a struggle with the new job and getting motivated but I did it today!
