I just did my first meditation from the classroom. I am new here, and this was my first "assignment." I have been implementing visualizing a new self-image for myself, so this was to enhance that. My awareness is that it felt more natural and locked in that it has previously and when my ego was "doubting" the image, I was able to let that go and refocus on the new image. Very satisfying.
