I honestly can’t believe it’s been three years since this first photo was taken. 3 years of discipline, dedication, sacrifice and hard fckn work. This version of me 3 years ago was just starting to wake up… 
I was 85+ pounds overweight, struggling with anxiety and depression, I didn’t have the energy to play with my kids, I had zero confidence…. But I was ready to change all of that. 
I had to realize that NO ONE was coming to save me. You want the dream body? You want the fat bank account? The dream relationship? 
It all starts with YOU. All of it. The moment I took accountability for where my life was, is when it changed. 
You can have, be and do anything with this life. But you have to be brave enough, bold enough and disciplined enough to go get it. 3 years down and I still got work to do. This is an everyday inside job. Becoming the best version of myself, every damn day.

It’s freedom Friday and I’m feeeeelin all sorts of free today. Woke up with no alarm clock, just the sunshine and the birds to say hello. Made breakfast for the fam and then decided to take the kids and the dog for a walk around 10am before it got too hot here in Texas. Then we came home, grabbed the hubby and headed to a new park to check out. And of course, the afternoon wouldn’t be complete without some ice cream right? 🤤 All on a Friday, with no where to be, no boss to worry about, no documentation stacking up, no stress from the gloom of a 9-5 hanging over our heads. Just waking up on a Friday and saying, what should we do today? 🤌😍 This is what it’s about. True time freedom and peace. While still stacking having a multi multi 5 figure month in July and no starting back at zero today. That’s leverage babyyyy 🔥 And the only thing standing between you and this literal dream life….
