Our industry deserves a Google category that actually describes what you do! Trent Bone, owner of Poop Scoopin Crew in Rhode Island and Connecticut, has started an effort to get Google to add a Pet Waste Removal Service category, and I want to help get our Review Harvesters members behind it! As Trent shared, pet waste removal businesses are being listed under categories such as Waste Management Company or Pet Service because there isn’t a dedicated category for this work. Those categories don’t clearly describe the service you provide to pet parents every week. Trent also shared that Joy Hawkins, a Platinum Product Expert, has offered to pass the request along to Google. That is an encouraging step, and we can help show how many business owners want this change! The vote shows support. The support ticket submits your category request. Please do both!

Hey everyone our town got hit really hard by the hurricane that came through the Florida panhandle. Carly and I got lucky cause all the trees that fell missed our house so we have very little damage but a lot of our community was not as lucky. We’ve been without power and wifi so it’s going to be hard to get good work done this week. I’m going to try to put some buffer in my schedule this week to help other neighbors out when I can. The rest of team is remote so we will still be responding and trying to operate as usual, but Carly and I may be a little preoccupied at times!
