Introductions!
Welcome to ESTI ON THE INSIDE! There is so much out there for solo providers and business owners but what about the estheticians who work for someone else? What if you love being a part of a collaborative team but still want to grow your career, build a loyal clientele and make really good money without having to own a business. You deserve education and mentorship too! I want this to be a place where we can ask questions, share ideas, learn from each other and talk about the stuff nobody really teaches us in school. Let’s start with introductions! Tell me a little about yourself: - What’s your name and where are you located? - Where do you work and how long have you been an esti? - What do you REALLY want to learn or get better at? I want to hear what you guys need and what you want out of this community so we can make it worthwhile! Also, be patient with me while I figure out how to use Skool… LOL! Hi everyone!! I’m Kelli :) I am originally from Nebraska, but I’ve been in Colorado on and off for 15 years. I started in the beauty industry when I was in high school with a love for makeup (peak 2016 vibes), and did makeup artistry professionally here and in LA. After leaving LA, I went to the university of Colorado at business where I majored in molecular biology for two years. This has helped me so much with the science of skin and skincare formulations! I eventually switched my major to Business and Communication, which has also helped me as an Esthetician. Eventually I made my way to esthetician school, where I got my license on my baby’s due date :) I have now been an esthetician for 2.5 years and I am currently the lead esthetician at REV skin & Wellness in the Wash Park area! I love being an esthetician and genuinely have very little interest in running my own business. I’m so excited that this space has been created for us! In my free time I love hanging out with my baby girl, taking her on adventures, cooking and drinking tea. I can’t wait to connect with you all! :)
