So much has happened, and my body is exhausted! But on Saturday, I felt like I was saying bye to another version of me! I was sobbing like someone died! Then I shifted In To absolutely gratitude. No matter what comes my way at the moment, I still end up feeling gratitude 🥰 for the first time, maybe ever, I love me ❤️ What a feeling! Xx

Day 21
21 days done! Where do I start! Well, I have to be proud of myself more than disappointed. I’ve learn so much about myself, I mean I already knew but I am more aware of the changes I need to make, I just need to figure out how to shift them. The no coffee and alcohol was easy for me. The knowledge around sugar was hard. I realised there is so much sugar in most of the foods. I really need to reach out for some guidance around food. This was the push I needed to get up and get moving again. During a push yourself challenge I always aim to do one better than the day before which I achieved mostly. I have now become more aware and realised I need to be kind to myself instead of being disappointed that sometime it’s a little harder to do that extra bit around that time of the month. And realise that I might not be able to get there but the fact that I’m still doing exercise means more. I also realised/become more aware that my default is to scroll on socials. Though I was doing so well for the first two weeks under two hours a day. It was when my son went to his other parents place. It really hits me hard and I get stuck. I know I should choose to do something better. That’s one thing I need to shift. So, I have some things I need to shift, but I have a foundation now, that I’m excited to keep going, after all Bali is in 3 months 🥰 Super grateful xx

My win is that normal when I get my period I stop everything, eat a bag on peanut m&ms But I kept up my workouts even when I didn’t seen improvements- I kept going! On and I didn’t eat a bag of m&ms haha.. I have not went over 2hrs socials. Last week was hard being on holidays but I kept going. Just got out my my sauna, smashing my water. Fixed the leak on my ice bath about to jump in. Just keep going! 🥰

So, I’m feeling a little sluggish and yuk for the past couple of days. I absolutely did not want to come back to Adelaide, a lot’s happening but I have kept up my fasting, breathwork, workouts. Day 10 I missed my workout and PYC. My sister is about to pop and my heart hurts for being so far away. My Nan also (83) had a fall and make me really not want to be away. I’m back in my sauna and ice bath which feels good. Fasting is easy, still no coffee or alcohol. I slipped one day on the sugar. I’m not giving up. My son goes to his other parents on Saturday so I’m going to do a 24 fast. Snap back, stay in track ❤️
