More Behind the Scene on Chasing la Bella Vita!
Here are a couple more stills we shot yesterday with the amazing Mario who was until recently a professional chef and a very, very good one. In this scene he has to find a home for his uncle's dog Gigi and finds a way to stick Nancy with her. Of course Nancy ends up loving Gigi who becomes part of the family but initially she does not want a dog. She has never had one, has no idea what to do with one, etc. We were laughing so hard. Mario was completely hilarious and Gigi was just so cute!

Ah yes, chef Mario! I can attest to his phenomenal cooking skills! His restaurant Piccolo was definitely one of the best restaurants we were at in Torrita! Glad to see you’re all having such fun with the movie production 🎥 can’t wait to see the end result

We couldn’t agree more about the steak with grana and the ravioli …take a peek…seriously perfection! Hands down one of the best meals we had!
My Art Gallery in Tuscany.
For those following my art journey, I started painting a few years ago when I fell and broke my ankle. Since then I have been honing my craft. Right now I am working on this beautiful renaissance princess. She will take awhile because I am building up the layers bit my bit and in the end will spend a lot of time on the details. Right now I do not have my Italian tax number for my business so I will be having open studio time where you can see the art and reserve it for when I am legally up and running as a business. Our beautiful town here is growing and there is a lot more activity here than even a few years ago. It is definitely worth the trip to see Torrita di Siena.

Best Bread Ever!
Hi Guys! I was in the Coop the other day in Torrita di Siena and found what I thought was integral pizza dough. I made pizza but it was much too tall so we figured it was bread dough. I baked the rest of it in a loaf and it turned out the be the best bread I have ever had. If you go to the Coop look for it in the bakery section. I don' think every Coop has it but you might get lucky. I split the portion in half and baked half at about 25 minutes with a foil hat so it doesn't burn the top. So good!

Fantastic! Thanks for the tip! Once I get there and my oven is installed I’ll have to try it! You’ll have to share some pictures next time !

More Filming in Torita di Siena!
Lots of activity today in Torrita di Siena for a historical film in progress. Today they set up a late-'50s to early-'60s market.
