Keto Diet Program - Questions
Have questions about the Keto Diet Program or about keto in general? You’re in the right place. This thread is here to help you: - ask questions before joining - ask general keto questions if you’re unsure where to start - get clearer on whether this approach feels like a good fit for you - learn from questions other people have already asked Before posting, have a quick scroll through the thread first. There’s a good chance someone has already asked something similar, which means you might get your answer faster. If not, go ahead and ask. Whether you’re wondering about fat loss, energy, blood sugar, inflammation, food choices, or whether keto is even right for you, this is a good place to start.

How do I know if a food or product is actually keto friendly? Do not rely on the front of the packet. “Keto,” “low sugar,” and “2 net carbs” on the front label do not automatically mean something is a good fit. That is why the program includes the Reading Labels resource and our specially developed tool - The Keto Analyzer. The goal is to help you check what matters properly, look at the serving you will actually eat, (not what the packet says) and get a clearer answer about whether the product is genuinely keto viable, borderline, or something better left alone.

What happens after keto — do I just go back to eating carbs normally? That is usually where people make a mess of good progress. If keto has worked well for you, the smartest move is not to finish a fat-loss phase and then immediately drift straight back into old eating patterns. That is exactly why the program includes a Phase Out Plan. The idea is to create a more deliberate transition so you can keep more of the benefits, learn what your body tolerates well, and avoid turning keto into a yo-yo reset tool you keep coming back to after things fall apart again.
