Welcome to the 14-Day Shooting Consistency Challenge
You're here because you want to shoot better. Not just in an empty gym with no pressure. In games. When it counts. This community is where the 14-Day Shooting Consistency Challenge lives. Over the next two weeks, you will follow a structured, day-by-day program built on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the same science used to produce measurable behavior change in clinical and performance settings. What makes this different from every other shooting program: Every drill has a measurable objective. Every session has a defined success criterion. Every day includes a measurement protocol so you know if you are actually improving. No guessing. No hoping. Just data. The three phases: Days 1-4: Foundation. Lock in your mechanics with precision repetition and self-monitoring. Days 5-9: Fluency. Build speed and accuracy under increasing complexity. Days 10-14: Game Pressure. Perform under fatigue, defense, and time constraints. How to use this community: Post your daily results in "Daily Challenge Progress" so we can track your work and give feedback. Upload form check videos in "Form Check Videos" for coaching notes on your mechanics. Ask questions anytime in "Questions and Coaching." There are no bad questions here. Share your wins in "Wins and Milestones." When you hit a new personal best or finish a tough session, tell us about it. Your first step: Drop a comment below and tell us: What is the one thing about your shot you want to fix in the next 14 days? Be specific. "I want to shoot better" is not specific enough. "I want to hit 7 out of 10 free throws consistently" is. Let's get to work.
